How do you know if you are going through Perimenopause?
I wonder whether you are anything like me.
All I knew about (Peri)menopause was that if you got the occasional hot flush, periods would stop, and it signalled the end of your ability to have babies.
So, when I became more forgetful,
I self-diagnosed dementia
šŖš¾I was going to carry on courageously before I got to the stage when I would gather my family together and reveal the diagnosis, I was protecting them from
š¤¦š¾āāļøā¦ā¦ā¦ until I discovered by accident, that it was not a life-ending illness, but a temporary Perimenopause symptom!
Once you are past 45 perimenopause is ādiagnosedā by your symptoms (please see the image attached)
Knowing what the symptoms are stopping you from worrying unduly
That said Perimenopause can mask other conditions so please always see your GP if you have any health concerns.
