About Us
I found it difficult to concentrate and remember, and as an entrepreneur, this made it very difficult to make decisions and complete tasks.
I self-diagnosed dementia and was going to protect my family from this news, so I kept it to myself.
Then, one day, purely by random, I discovered that it was not dementia but menopause brain fog.
If I had been properly informed and supported, it would have saved me a lot of distress, and my quality of life would have been better.
I do not believe that people should survive perimenopause by giving up on themselves, relationships and careers, as many do with no clue that menopause hormones are influencing their feelings.
Support Is Here
I am Monigho, a trained teacher, life coach, certified menopause wellbeing coach, and mental health instructor. I am also a member of the British Menopause Society.
I now offer the information and support I needed through my organisation called Perimenopause Warriors that Informs, Educates and Supports
Individuals experiencing Perimenopause
I do this with training courses or workshops to increase awareness and also importantly I can follow up with needed support with a personal action plan to help reduce the impact of symptoms on your quality of life.
Why Hire A Menopause Coach?
Menopause can be a very lonely time for someone and you need someone who :
Understands the process
Has done training around it
So, gets what you are going through
It is nice to have me in your corner.
The opportunity to talk will help you gain clarity and motivation to implement habits and behaviours you know you need to do but need help.
Hormone changes mean feelings of anxiety and grief or loss can come to the fore of your mind, and your 'happy-go-lucky' personality has changed to a more fretful & anxious one. Making you feel you are going mad
Menopause is a time of change. It may be difficult for you to go through this independently, as change can be challenging, and we like things to stay the same.
Also, self-sabotage is real, so if you like to stay in your comfort zone, having someone to hold you accountable is beneficial. I used my training and lived experience to set up an organisation so people can now receive the information and support I needed.
